Practice and seller identity
Wild Manual is the independent practice and brand of Kiren Srinivasan. Payment documents name the legal seller shown in the written scope and invoice.
The project-specific written scope, invoice, checkout, or marketplace agreement controls the contracting seller and payment details. This page does not create a project by itself.
Scope and acceptance
Work begins after the finish line, included artifacts, exclusions, inputs, review rule, price, and start condition are written and accepted.
A new system, screen, decision, access class, or review round becomes a written fixed-price change. Work may pause while required buyer inputs are missing.
Payment
The standardized Field Test is normally paid before work starts. Larger direct engagements commonly use 50 percent to start and 50 percent before final source handoff unless the written scope states another milestone plan.
Marketplace-originated work uses that marketplace’s communication, milestone, dispute, and payment system. Provider usage, licensing, and other approved third-party costs are separate unless the scope includes them.
Buyer responsibilities
The buyer supplies accurate inputs, owns or has permission to provide the material, names one decision owner, consolidates feedback, and grants only the access written in the scope.
The buyer must not send secrets or regulated data through the public inquiry form. High-risk or licensed decisions remain with the buyer’s qualified professional.
AI-assisted production
AI helps with production. Kiren makes the final call on scope, evidence, exceptions, and release.
AI assistance does not move final responsibility for buyer decisions to a model. External sending, publishing, payment, refund, deletion, filing, or deployment follows the written authority and acceptance boundary.
Files, proof, and handoff
The scope states which source files, exports, checks, and operating instructions are delivered. Third-party software and source material keep their own licenses and terms.
No client name, confidential artifact, testimonial, or measured outcome is published without permission. Unknown or unmeasured results stay labeled.
