Finite work, visible exit

Cancellation and refunds

The written scope names the start condition and payment milestones. Completed work is not hidden, and an unused balance is not treated as earned by default.

Before work starts

If a project is canceled before work or the agreed capacity reservation begins, unearned project fees are returned according to the written scope and payment-provider rules.

A scope is not reserved until its stated start condition is met.

After work starts

If the buyer cancels after work begins, completed and already committed work is charged. Usable work completed to that point is handed over when the applicable invoice is settled. Any unearned balance is returned when the written scope requires it.

The Field Test is a standalone artifact. Once research begins, completed research and committed source costs form part of the earned fee.

If Wild Manual cancels

If Kiren cannot complete the agreed work, unearned fees are returned and completed usable materials are handed over. The parties may instead agree in writing to a revised date or reduced scope.

Rescheduling and late inputs

Work pauses when required buyer inputs, access, or consolidated feedback are late. A new delivery date depends on current capacity and is confirmed in writing.

There is no recurring subscription or intentionally harder cancellation path in the launch offers.

Marketplace projects

A marketplace’s milestone, cancellation, refund, and dispute rules control work that began there. Communication and payment stay on-platform.
