Where this came from

A 50 by 120 foot parcel with a 26 by 40 foot proposed structure, its setbacks, and a nine-item jurisdiction checklist, written here

THE INPUT WAS WRITTEN HERE. I authored the parcel dimensions, the setbacks and the checklist, so this is weaker evidence than the two SEC-sourced specimens and is labelled as such. Every number on the sheet is still recomputed from those inputs by the delivery tool rather than typed onto it, and the arithmetic below is reproducible from the figures shown.

Three of the nine checklist items are not on the sheet, and the sheet says so.

The checklist names nine things. The inputs supplied cover six. The other three, septic location, easements, and existing trees over six inches, are named on the delivered sheet as items the inputs did not cover, rather than quietly omitted or filled with a plausible guess. That distinction is the whole unit. A plot plan missing an easement looks exactly like a plot plan that has no easement, and the reviewer cannot tell them apart, so the sheet has to be the thing that tells them. The run also refuses to deliver at all if the proposed structure breaches any setback: here it clears front, rear and both sides, so it delivered.
